Youth Speed & Agility
Class begins Jan. 10th 2023.
For your young athletes 12 years and younger. Our focus will be to improve speed and footwork, to enhance proper body movements and muscle control. This class will NOT include weight training. It will be plyometrics, conditioning using body weight and bands to achieve maximum results.
